It could possibly be that you liner is kinked from being coiled too tightly. Another thing to try first is when you are welding is keep the cable to the gun straight as possible. Once the gun is off, take a small piece of mig wire, bent into a u shape and poke it into the two gun switch cables. This will bridge the switch circuit and make the welder feed.
