Melee cantrips like Booming Blade and Green-Flame Blade allow you to exceed your normal cantrip damage by combining Shillelagh, an attack cantrip, and the extra 1d6 damage from Symbotic Entity. On top of that, you can get either Mage Armor. This has always bothered me, because I prefer the alt version of the official character sheet, but the bonus for Insight and History are linked, as are the proficiency markers for Investigation and Medicine.
